Overview

Assistance HQ helps you look more professional with your own custom branding look and feel.

1. Login to your AssistanceHQ dashboard.
2. Navigate to My Account - Branding.
3. Upload your logo, headers, footers, and signature.
4. Select your brands colors for accent tones.
5. This brand collatoral will be used on your Profile Page, Proposals, Client Portal and Calendar Bookings pages.
6. Emails sent to clients from the platform will also use the logo and signature.

Email Content

Assistance HQ helps you look more professional with custom branding and copy for client emails.

1. Login to your AssistanceHQ dashboard.
2. Navigate to Email Content.
3. Select the email template to edit the default message and click save.
4. Your brand collatoral that you have already uploaded will be used with your logo and signature.
