If you decide that you are not getting value from AssistanceHQ premium plans you can opt to request to cancel your subscription and this will downgrade your plan back to starter at the end of the current month.Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription plan at any time from the billing portal in my account and you will not be charged further.
Refunds for the Annual Plan
You may request a refund for an annual plan from the refund button in the billing portal within 30 days of the purchase or by contacting [email protected] and we will review your request within 7 days.
